We tested it against a hand measure on a real roof and it landed within 1 percent. One honest limit: heavy tree cover hides roof from the satellite, so tree covered sections get confirmed at the free on site measure.

What is included in the price?

Full tear off and haul away, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in valleys and at the eaves, drip edge, new shingles or panels with ridge cap, re flashing on every penetration and the chimney, and a full cleanup with a magnet sweep for nails.
